Make sure that you signed up at https://www.grammarly.com/edu/signup using your Zonemail or LPC email address (must end in .EDU). If you created your account on their regular webpage or without using your Zonemail or LPC email address, they will not know that you are eligible for a free premium EDU version.
Follow the steps at https://libraryguides.laspositascollege.edu/grammarlypremiumaccess to get your premium EDU account.
You will know that you successfully upgraded when you see the blue EDU banner in the upper left of the menu bar when you are on logged in to your Grammarly account.
